ProPath English was founded by Julian Zufferey, a Swiss-British professional with over 25 years’ experience in supply chain, product strategy, and team leadership across Monaco, the UK, and beyond.

Armed with an MBA in Business Strategy (UK), TEFL teaching credentials, and a deep grounding in applied communication literature, Julian created ProPath to offer what most language courses don’t: credibility through clarity.

His work is anchored in what he calls the intellectual spine of ProPath English; a method built on four solid pillars: business acumen, pedagogical structure, real-world experience, and academic insight. This unique blend allows him to coach with precision and speak the language of boardrooms, classrooms, and real people alike.

Julian has led global teams, negotiated with major brands, and coached talent at every level from the shop floor to the C-suite. But he’s also a mentor, a theatre lover, and a natural coach, someone who understands the power of words to unlock confidence, credibility, and growth.
